Technical sheet
Your sketch, or the reference garment, becomes a working sheet: measurements, materials, details. It is the base of the whole development.
Before production comes the development of the garment: the technical sheet, the pattern, the prototype, the grading and the reference sample. We follow this stage in the Prato district, with a single contact, and we can stop here or carry on to production.
Sampling is the stage where the idea becomes a real garment, to touch and to try on, before committing to a run.
You can start from a sketch with a technical sheet, or from a sample garment to copy or adapt.
Each step closes with your approval before the next.
Your sketch, or the reference garment, becomes a working sheet: measurements, materials, details. It is the base of the whole development.
From the sheet the base pattern is built. Development is always quoted separately, apart from the per-piece price.
The first garment is made, tried on and corrected. Usually several prototypes are made before the style is right.
The first sample is made in size S. It is tried on, corrected and, if needed, a second sample is made. The sample is paid for separately and in advance, because it is real work.
The approved style is developed across all the sizes in its grade: each size has its own proportions, it is not a scale-up.
You can stop here, with your sample and your pattern, or carry on with us to production. Minimums, costs and lead times are given by our specialists after seeing the project: real numbers, not promises.

The more you tell us up front, the sooner we come back with something concrete.
