It is the request we receive most often: a buyer already knows what they want to buy, and needs someone who will actually find it, at a price that leaves their margin intact. Four things get us moving — brand or category, quantity, budget, destination market — and you get an answer within three working days.
You write to us with what you are looking for, and the four pieces of information we need to get moving.
We work through the channels we deal with: authorised retailers, official outlets, stockists and other operators in the sector, in Italy and abroad.
We tell you what we have found, in what quantity and at what price. If we have found nothing, we tell you that too.
If the offer suits you, we proceed with pro forma invoice, payment and invoice, as we do for lots.
Four pieces of information, and the more precise they are the faster the search:
The standard time is 3 working days from the request: that is the time we need to organise the search and come back to you with availability and price. It is not a delivery time for the goods, it is the time to reply.
If a search needs longer because the market is particularly closed, we tell you within those three days rather than leaving you waiting without news.
Availability depends on the market, not on us: not everything can always be found. Some brands do not leave the channels in certain seasons, some quantities do not exist in the size you need, and some requests can only be met at a price that would not work for you.
When that is the case, we say so. We prefer a negative answer in three days to a search that drags on for weeks and goes nowhere.
Every search is quoted case by case: you will not find prices on this page, because there is no price list for goods that have to be found each time. The price depends on what the market makes available at that moment and on the quantity. You receive it together with the availability, before any commitment.
